Job Summary Purpose:
We are looking for an HR Administrator with outstanding written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities on a regular day:
· Maintaining HR files and employee data using any HRIS, HRMS or other HR repositories.
· Handling administrative tasks for offboarding process and legal compliances.
· Responsible for employee relations & benefits management.
· Working closely with department managers to resolve manpower and employee relation issues.
· Support HR Manager in general HR services.
· Help organize activities and company events for engagement
· Provide general administrative support.
· Handling incoming phone calls. Office and assets management.
· Other ad hoc duties assigned (related to project fulfilment or execution).

Qualifications:
· At least 1 year experience in Canada Recruitment or HR background
· Bachelor's degree, either in HR, management, or a relevant business field.
· Experience with various HRIS and ATS systems (Bamboo HR is an asset)
· Exceptional interpersonal skills: your ability to communicate to all levels of an organization with a positive, proactive attitude.
· This includes understanding how to read a room and meet the needs of the team!
· Examples of excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills through asking good questions and completing solid analysis
· Examples of your ability to work independently and autonomously, as well as collaboratively across several teams.
· Knowledge of candidate sourcing methods in a high-volume environment

Job Type: Full-time

Benefits:

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • 13th month salary
