We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for Sales and Upselling activities that will help company generate revenue. This role has a commission plan in place to make an additional 30,000 - 40,000 each month.
Working Schedule: Night shift from 11:00PM to 8:00 AM
Working Set up: Work from home
Clients/Leads: Located in the US and Canada
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Directly responsible for upselling existing customers to the Company's subscription.
- Schedules and takes consultations to upsells customers.
- Follows up with customers post-call to improve overall close rate further.
- Provides value to the Company's customers to enhance their overall Company experience on consultations.
- Tracks lead to opportunities resulting from marketing campaigns.
- Maintains a close rate on yearly subscription upsells.
- Works with the Company's Customer Success Team on win-back opportunities to drive revenue.
- Consistently refines approach to consultations to boost upsells rate further.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Graduate of a 4-year Business, Management or related course
- A minimum of 4 years of inside Sales experience
- University Degree in Business, Sales/Marketing or related field.
- Driven and coachable personality
- Strong social communication and collaboration skills.
- Effective time management and analytical skills.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn and G-Suite
- Willing work as an independent contractor
- With excellent English communication skills
- Experience in handling US or Canadian account
- Experience in upselling and lead tracking
- With ready comfortable working space at home
- With available equipment and stable internet connection
- Amenable to work as an Independent Contractor
- Willing to work night shift from 11PM to 8AM (PH Time)
