Training Officer (Security Guard Agency)-Makati City


 

Job Descriptions:

We are looking for a trainer who can design and teach training programs for our employees in the field, particularly security guards and officers who oversee groups of security guards.

The trainer’s overall objective is to help our in-field employees succeed in their roles. Training programs, which will be developed and continuously updated together with management teams, will focus on operational procedures and policies that in-field employees must understand and implement in their day-to-day jobs.

The trainer will be expected to conduct training at our corporate office and on-site at our client locations.

To be successful, the trainer must be observant and have great interpersonal and communication skills. The trainer must be able to assess employee understanding and also be able to use alternative teaching methods to cater to various individuals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree Holder (any course)
  • Teaching or training experience
  • Experience creating training programs
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to identify gaps in knowledge
  • Knowledge of various teaching methods and approaches
  • Organizational skills
  • Adaptability

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to Php40,000.00 per month
