NSTP Secretary


 

Qualifications:

*BS Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science/BS in Office Management or any related course with Special Skills in Computer and Office Management

Job Descriptions:

1. Follows Institutional policies

2. Reports to the NSTP Office regularly and notifies the Department Head in case of absence

3. Updates all applicable NSTP files of the Academic Sites where the NSTP Coordinator is assigned

4. Makes reports of Enrolment and Graduates

5. Facilitates the request of Serial Numbers of NSTP Graduates in coordination with the NSTP Coordinator

6. Records and files grades of NSTP students

7. Receives and logs all Internal and External communications

8. Facilitates communication and files documents related to other functions held by the NSTP Coordinator

9. Attends NSTP and other related activities

10. Receives office supplies and makes requisitions

11. Performs related and other duties as may be assigned by higher authorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate

Salary: From Php450.00 per day
