As a Data Entry and Processing Specialist, your role is vital in keeping our business objectives fully satisfied that will eventually contribute to our organization’s growth and success.
As an Acquire BPO employee, you are responsible for complying and enforcing policies and procedure designed to achieve information security. You are also responsible for protecting credit card, personal and/or sensitive personal information that you may handle or process during your employment in Acquire BPO.
Role and Responsibilities:
Input broker submitted applications into Loan Decisioning System

Review broker submitted loan application, and liaise with internal/external stakeholders (e.g., BDMs, brokers) to ensure all applications are submitted efficiently and accurately.

Work with credit analysts to effectively pre-screen deals and advise broker of outcomes.

Undertake initial verification tasks such as employment verifications where required.
Field general phone enquiries

Take inbound phone calls from applicants and current customers and assist with their query.

Work with brokers to ensure they are informed of each step in the deal process.
Create and renew records

Create and maintain notes of all actions on appropriate files.
Compliance

Work within established regulations and LoanU policy.

Continuously update yourself with relevant regulatory changes.
Assist with ad hoc tasks as and when required
