- Develops, implements, and manages the Occupational Safety and Health programs.
- Conducts safety inspections and trainings to ensure compliance to local regulations.
- Provides consult to all departments on safety issues.
- Conducts emergency and risk planning.
- Establishes necessary documentation and filing system.
Qualifications
- Has a Bachelor’s Degree in any Engineering discipline
- Must have experience as SO3 for at least 2 years preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
- Has working knowledge on Construction Safety and Health Standards
- Must be certified as SO3 and has attended training/s on Occupational Safety and Health Standards at any DOLE-Accredited Training Centers
- Familiar with MS Office applications and Google Workspace
- With good interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively in verbal and in written form
