Building Admin Officer


 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Periodically conduct maintenance surveys and safety audits to determine repair and renovation needs
  • Initiate improvement, cleanliness, maintenance and order in the building
  • Prioritizes technical work to be done in accordance to safety, time duration and budget
  • Attends to tenant inquiries, complaints and requests
  • Performs other job related duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Property & Building Management, Marketing/Business Management or equivalent
  • Building/Facilities management – Must have good technical and management skills
  • Product Knowledge – Deep understanding in mall/retail industry
  • Prerequisite - Amenable to work 6x a week, during holiday and to work longer hours
  • License Electrical/Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
  • At least 2-4 years of working experience in the related field
  • Preferably 2 years specializing in building/facility management
  • Excellent communication both written and oral skills
  • Must be attentive and has a sense of urgency
  • Hardworking and responsible
  • Keen to details and has the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Application (Word, Excel and PPT)
  • Standard office equipment
  • English and Filipino
