Guest Services Job Description
- POC for all Guests via Airbnb, VRBO, Airriva Website
- Handling Guest Requests such as amenities needed for units.
- Validating Information for Reservations
- Vetting Guests to ensure desirability
- Answer incoming phone calls/text messages
- Manage incoming Messages from Guests on TRACK
- Communication with Operations team about any issues, extensions, etc.
- Assessing Guests for Friendzone Loyalty Program
- Promoting Airriva via Phone Calls
- Input Guest information into appropriate documents
- Monitoring Noise Levels on Nightshift
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: Php533,125.00 - Php799,687.50 per year
