Guest Services Job Description

  • POC for all Guests via Airbnb, VRBO, Airriva Website
  • Handling Guest Requests such as amenities needed for units.
  • Validating Information for Reservations
  • Vetting Guests to ensure desirability
  • Answer incoming phone calls/text messages
  • Manage incoming Messages from Guests on TRACK
  • Communication with Operations team about any issues, extensions, etc.
  • Assessing Guests for Friendzone Loyalty Program
  • Promoting Airriva via Phone Calls
  • Input Guest information into appropriate documents
  • Monitoring Noise Levels on Nightshift

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php533,125.00 - Php799,687.50 per year
