- Ensure that all critical tasks, including initial invoice payment, service agreement signing, direct debit setup completion, seller central registration, user access compliance, products & marketplace confirmation, brand registry/trademark application, and multimedia assets, are completed within the designated time frames.
- Track and improve Powerlist Completion Rate (PLR) and Reply Accuracy and Timeliness (RAT) KPIs by reviewing the accuracy of the information provided in each powerlist and the accuracy and timeliness of replies delivered.
- Implement Otter AI for meeting minutes and ensure the accuracy of the details in the meeting minutes, thereby ensuring that all teams are aligned as to what the client is expecting and other important details about the project.
- Ensure that the Onboarding Activation Rate KPI is met by providing the go signal to the OD within 24 hours of completion of the critical tasks.
- Ensure the reliability and efficiency of the Onboarding Manager by tracking and improving Onboarding Call Attendance & Efficiency Rate and meeting the target time spent on a call between 15 - 45 minutes.
- Meet the Number of New Clients Onboarded KPI by successfully onboarding new clients within a given period and growing the agency's business.
- Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction KPI by gathering data on customer feedback surveys and ratings and taking corrective actions to improve the onboarding process.
- Meet the Time to Market KPI by managing the project schedule effectively and streamlining the product development process.
