Summary of the Role:
The role is to support the CEO with the following:
- Recruitment resourcing/sourcing - Identifying and shortlisting suitable candidates via LinkedIn, the company database, and alternative sources. You may be required to initiate the conversation via LinkedIn and/or email too.
- Recruitment Research/Data Management - Building pipeline, identifying candidates and clients within the realm of the niche that the company focuses on. Populating the database and closing the gap between who the company is connected to on LinkedIn vs who is in the company-used database. Ensuring the accuracy of data, data cleansing, and enhancing.
- Marketing Tasks - Toassist the CEO with outreach via LinkedIn to potential candidates and client leads.
- Administrative Tasks
Skills and Experiences
- Must have a 10 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment especially in Healthcare positions.
- Must have experience recruiting US-based candidates
- Excellent English is a MUST
- Experience using CRM and ATS
- Fantastic research skills, reliable and driven
- You may have worked for a recruitment firm before (healthcare preferred but not required)
- Confident in using LinkedIn, Linkedin Recruiter plus BOOLEAN searches.
- Able to work towards deadlines.
Technical /Equipment Requirements
- Must have 10-15+MBPS of stable internet connection (This is non-negotiable)
- Must have Noise Canceling Headset with mic
- Must have a webcam
- Must have at least Intel i5 (or equivalent) and 16 GB of RAM or higher
- Must have a reliable computer or laptop
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
