- Decide on a hosting solution for the website and email
- Get the hosting and email plan set up
- Move the domain to the new host
- Set up email such that we can manage it internally without the need for external tech support (Set up means get the email accounts migrated and working, the users have full control of send and receive etc… all working properly)
- We need to be able to host at minimum 100 email accounts on the hosting plan and each account needs appropriate storage and email file size (target 20MB file size and I would suppose like 10Gb per account)
- If this can work with Gmail or other external email clients or services, OK
- All M&W email addresses other than Greg and Peter should be foxed to use outlook and also the local PC must have a link to the web email interface as a backup.
- Provide technical insight to the selection og a Wordpress Theme so that it can be purchased
- Load and get working, the Wordpress theme to our domain (working, means working fully, all of the key pages working as a placeholder so that we can verify functionality of all key features. NOTE that the website will only have three live pages initially – Landing page, about Us and Contact us or media contact)
- Landing page (with an image or random image showing teasers of the product and a website “go live” date)
- About (with the actual content, focusing on Greg and Peter and their legendary accomplishments and status in the industry)
- Products – Where we can load the products to the pages with placeholder content (loremm ipsum….) placeholder / teaser images, spec pages etc…)
- Web Store / Active solution to webstore with solution to integrate ecommerce solution
