At LecsIT, we help Indiana companies with their IT and cybersecurity needs. We are seeking a List Building, Scrubbing, Web Research and CRM Data Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting web research to identify local businesses in our target area and collecting accurate and complete data on each prospective company. You will also be responsible for building and managing lists in our Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM to ensure accurate data tracking and segmentation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality data management services and be skilled in list building, list scrubbing, web research, and CRM data management.
Responsibilities
-Making 100 dials per week. This includes calling prospects and calls to build our list of potential prospects.
-Cleaning 125 company contacts per week to grow our prospect list.
- Conduct web research to identify local businesses in our target area
- Collect accurate and complete data on each prospect company, including contact information for the decision maker(s)
- Build and manage lists in Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM to ensure accurate data tracking and segmentation
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure that data is properly integrated into sales and marketing campaigns
- Maintain data quality by conducting regular list scrubbing and data cleansing activities
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in list building, list scrubbing, web research, and CRM data management
- Proven experience with Keap (Infusionsoft) CRM or equivalent system experience
- Strong web research skills and ability to find accurate and complete information
- Strong ENGLISH speaking and writing skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
