The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of healthcare processes, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and emails from customers, providing information and assistance.
- Address and resolve patient concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Educate patients on services, insurance coverage, and billing processes.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to support the healthcare team.
Qualifications
- No Call Center experience required
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional healthcare or customer service certifications are a plus but not required
