Mortgage Broker Assistant/Parabroker | Work From Home (WFH)

Job Description :
- Working with a Broker to structure loans and find suitable solutions for clients
- Sending and responding on emails to customers and follow ups
- Contacting customers via phone and email to support them through the journey which will require excellent customer service
- Checking support documents to ensure all information required is correct
- Contacting banks broker support teams and BDM’s to check deals and policies and scenarios
- Running borrowing capacity calculators and ordering valuations and pricing
- Setting up meetings between broker and customer
- Servicing and Scenario Research - Credit Analysis, workshopping loans based on fact find, BOD, Policy, etc.
Qualifications And Requirements
- Great customer service
- Excellent email and phone etiquette
- Ability to connect with people and build strong relationships
- Proactive, creative, can think outside the box
- High degree of Accuracy and attention to detail
- Can complete task within the set deadlines
- Excellent English speaking skills both formally and casually. Need to be able to have a conversation
- Goal of becoming a mortgage broker
- Sales/account manager/business development experience in the past
- At least 3 years experience in the AU mortgage area with experience in the end-to-end loan processing/applicant side. Need someone that understands and can do the application with no issues while learning to develop on becoming a mortgage broker
- Remuneration can be adjusted accordingly to the market requirement and commissions/bonuses to be paid as well
