  • Assist customers via email and chat, identifying and resolving problems
  • Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, using specific features of the product or service
  • Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
  • Analyze and report product malfunctions or customer feedback
  • Perform other tasks as required by the client
  • Be a team player and aim to improve the quality of customer interactions

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Salary: Php18,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
