- Assist customers via email and chat, identifying and resolving problems
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, using specific features of the product or service
- Modify and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels
- Analyze and report product malfunctions or customer feedback
- Perform other tasks as required by the client
- Be a team player and aim to improve the quality of customer interactions
