JOB FUNCTION
IMPLEMENT & GIVE FEEDBACK
Get the right number of products, at the right place, at the right time for Gadgets.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. CHECK COMPETITORS VERSUS SM STORES
Visit competitors to compare merchandise selections, promos, brands & pricing; check SM stores for assortment, display, inventory & procedures & recommend response
2. CONTROL INVENTORY
Actively manage stocks to avoid stock-outs (track deliveries, weeks of supply per store, reorder & inter-branch transfers) & reduce aging (always have fresh merchandise)
3. IDENTIFY BESTSELLERS
Identify bestsellers across stores (per product, styles, color, price points & brands) by tracking sales productivity & stock turnovers as input for product development
4. DO BACK-END PROCESSING
Complete the backend activities (issue P.O., create SKU #, encode discounts in Promosys, process SC entry/exit, facilitate lobby/mall/offsite selling, etc.)
5. SOURCE VENDORS & NEGOTIATE
Coordinate with vendors for merchandise requirements & negotiate prices/discounts, promos & delivery lead times; Identify & evaluate new vendors as needed
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
· Graduate of any Business Related Course
· With at least 3 years work experience in the same capacity
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
