Customer Service Associate [Philippines]


 

Applicants must be residing within Metro Manila or Nearby Provinces.

Temporary WFH Setup.

A Customer Success Associate is expected to:

  • Support out-of-hours, day-to-day engagement with the customer base via phone and email
  • Become the subject matter expert and establish the function’s Centre of excellence for product usage and support knowledge
  • Handle hardware fulfillment and supply chain support
  • Shift handover to enable seamless support of Zeller’s customers
  • Escalate urgent / priority cases on shore during out-of-hours operate
  • Escalate product and service defects to Engineering Product improvement advice and feature request feedback across:
  • Functionality
  • CX / UX
  • Public Web and Funnel leakage identification

What it takes to be part of our team:

  • 2+ years of Strong Customer Service/Support experience
  • Handled FINANCIAL and BANKING accounts preferred
  • Knowledge of online banking, credit cards, and other banking/financial background is a must
  • Use of call center tools such as AWS Connect
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
