A Customer Success Associate is expected to:
- Support out-of-hours, day-to-day engagement with the customer base via phone and email
- Become the subject matter expert and establish the function’s Centre of excellence for product usage and support knowledge
- Handle hardware fulfillment and supply chain support
- Shift handover to enable seamless support of Zeller’s customers
- Escalate urgent / priority cases on shore during out-of-hours operate
- Escalate product and service defects to Engineering Product improvement advice and feature request feedback across:
- Functionality
- CX / UX
- Public Web and Funnel leakage identification
What it takes to be part of our team:
- 2+ years of Strong Customer Service/Support experience
- Handled FINANCIAL and BANKING accounts preferred
- Knowledge of online banking, credit cards, and other banking/financial background is a must
- Use of call center tools such as AWS Connect
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
