Job Description Summary: A Recruiting Manager is responsible for leading the company's Human Resources recruiting team and managing the recruitment process. Typical duties of a Recruiting Manager include: developing recruiting strategies, conducting candidate interviews and liaising with hiring managers, negotiating job offers, using budgets in a cost-effective way, preparing recruiting reports, overseeing the recruitment process, finding and attracting job applicants, coaching and training recruiting staff, and staying up to date with the latest recruiting trends. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating current recruiting procedures to determine whether they can be modified for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Take ownership of hiring strategies and hiring requests.
  • Improve strategies and implement them.
  • Set hiring deadlines (ramp dates) and onboarding cycles.
  • Modifying current recruiting procedures or developing new procedures as needed for the following direct reports: Headhunter

Sourcing Specialists

  • Monitoring key recruitment metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruiting procedures.
  • Supervising and providing overall guidance to the recruitment team.
  • Evaluating the performance of the recruitment team.
  • Set the following standard KPIs for the team: Time to Hire

  • Improve the KPIs above and set more as we go along.
  • Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships.
  • Liaising with company department heads to anticipate and plan for future recruitment needs.
  • Employee bandwidth analysis.
  • Management of employee assignment and seating chart.
  • Forecasting employee needs per department.
  • Ensure Rippling, Indeed, LinkedIn, and all other posting platforms are actioned.
  • Ensure nothing is missed.
  • Improve sourcing methods.
  • Conducting interviews with job applicants as needed and creating a shortlist of suitable candidates.
  • Work with the onboarding team to make sure all new hires are set for day 1.
  • Upkeep Rippling and produce SOPs for the team.
  • Produce daily and weekly hiring reports.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in Employee Engagement or Employee Management
  • Proven ability to be proactive in problem-solving and employee management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain employee confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite Must be keen on data Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills

Expectations:

  • 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day
  • Permanent WFH setup
  • The work schedule is in Eastern Standard Time (Monday to Friday only)
  • A dual Monitor setup is required (at least 8GB of RAM)
  • Must have at least 25 MBPS internet speed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php60,000.00 per month
