Job Scope:
- Preparation, review and analysis of financial statements and taxation summaries
- Accurately complete financial statements and income tax returns primarily for SMSF’s but also for companies, trusts, partnerships, and individuals as required
- Large component of the role will be processing and managing SMSFs
- Consider and implement taxation planning for tax minimisation
- Preparation of BAS, IAS and TBAR returns
- Build and maintain client relationships over time
- Preparation of clear and concise work papers as evidence of work performed
- Prepare tax planning and investment strategy reports for clients demonstrating a high degree of competency in these areas
- Assess complex tax matters for review by senior team members
- Identify areas to improve the state of file or data collection and implement improvement measures for the next opportunity to complete the client’s work
- Appropriately scope all work for job completion and develop plan for completion
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA qualification is a plus
- 3 or more years of experience in Australian Accounting and Tax system
- Excellent communicator able to give clear written and verbal communication to everyone
- You thrive on using your analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to identify and solve issues before they arise
- You can work in a fast-paced environment, with strong time management and prioritization skills and sense of urgency to address critical business issues
- You see the big picture while focusing on the process and procedures necessary to produce deliverables
- Knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, Xero and familiarity with BGL 360 is a plus
- Ability to learn new systems and tools as needed

Salary: Php65,000.00 - Php80,000.00 per month
