Responsibilities:
- Build and execute an effective marketing strategy to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
- Lead engaging client meetings to present our services and understand their needs.
- Manage customer relationships and ensure our clients fulfill their needs through our services.
- Collaborate with recruiters to fill out job positions requested by our clients.
- Contribute to a training program for new hires and mentor less-experienced colleagues.
Requirements:
- Professional communication skills in English
- 2+ years of professional experience as a sales/account manager
- 6+ months of experience as a recruiter (preferred)
