Sales Manager - Staffing Industry [Philippines]

We are a Delaware-based small startup company that provides staffing services to help growing companies fill out their vacancies. Our mission is to connect talented individuals with companies that align with their values and provide them with opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and execute an effective marketing strategy to generate leads and build relationships with potential clients.
  • Lead engaging client meetings to present our services and understand their needs.
  • Manage customer relationships and ensure our clients fulfill their needs through our services.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to fill out job positions requested by our clients.
  • Contribute to a training program for new hires and mentor less-experienced colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Professional communication skills in English
  • 2+ years of professional experience as a sales/account manager
  • 6+ months of experience as a recruiter (preferred)

Environment:

  • Part-time or Full-time commitment
  • Timezone: US eastern or central time
