JOB DESCRIPTION
· Provide excellent customer service and cultural leadership
· Build strong working relationships with Team Members and other Managers.
· Ensures smooth opening, closing and shift transitions, with critical communication between staff and Departmental Support Center.
· Safeguards company assets including cash, inventory, equipment, and proprietary information.
· Ensure the highest quality of product and service is delivered to the customer.
· Stocks requisition, ordering and receiving. Conducts inventory bi-monthly
· Other duties as described.
DAILY TASKS
· Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new products, answering questions and accepting orders and payments
· Cleaning and restocking work and dining areas and sanitizing equipment and utensils
· Preparing and serving hot or cold beverages, such as tea and blended coffee; preparing menu food items.
· Operation of and cleaning of espresso machines and grinders, blenders, etc.
· Cashiering tasks
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
· Must work well independently with minimal supervision or follow-up.
· Flexible/varied schedule availability to meet the needs of the business.
- HS Graduate, SH Graduate or Vocational Graduate with at least 6 months of related (Food and Beverage) work experience
- Knowledge in use of POS required
- College graduate of any course (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, with or without work experience)

Salary: From Php14,867.50 per month
